FOR CITIZENS OF OTHER COUNTRIES
An official invitation from the Federal Migration Service or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation is required to obtain a business Russian visa.
The cost of the invitation is 25 euros.
It will take 14 to 18 days to prepare an official invitation, so we recommend you to prepare and send all the necessary documents by October 10, 2020.
The package of documents includes the Application Form for the Official Invitation and a copy of the passport with the photo. Depending on the country, the consulate may require a copy or original of the invitation. Contact your consulate for more information. If necessary, you can order courier delivery through our company or by yourself.
To issue an official invitation to citizens of other countries, you need to:
- Send a copy of the passport page with the photo
- Fill in the application form for the official invitation

For citizens of the EU and Norway (except UK and Ireland) we provide a copy of the invitation for a business visa free of charge. In most cases, a copy of the invitation is sufficient to obtain a visa for citizens of the above countries. However, the consulate reserves the right to request the original invitation. In this case you can order courier delivery through our company or by yourself.
